UVa Nursing Alumni Association
Since its establishment in 1916, the Nursing Alumni Association has proved to be a meaningful link to UVa for more than 7,000 nursing alumni. Graduates are encouraged to maintain close relationships with the school and with each other, and often enjoy making connections with today's students.
We are proud to count among our membership all those who hold a degree, diploma, or certificate of program completion from the School of Nursing. Our graduates continue to distinguish themselves beyond Grounds. Indeed, the achievements of this talented group of alumni extend to a national and international level.
The Nursing Alumni Association is closely aligned with the School of Nursing and
is an advocate of the school's academic mission. While there are no membership
dues, alumni are encouraged to make annual contributions to the
Nursing
Annual Fund to help sustain the Association and the School of Nursing.
Under the leadership of the Alumni Council, the Nursing Alumni Association work to connect alumni with one another and back to the school, and also allocates funds to student and faculty support each year.
